Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Indie Bytes, which operates Bannerbloom. Using the service means accepting them.

You need an account, you need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.

The banners you generate are yours. We claim no ownership of your creative work, your brand assets, or anything you upload, and you may use the exported files commercially without paying us anything further.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, show them back to you and to the people you invite, and to send your prompts to the AI provider that generates the banner.

Do not upload images, fonts or trademarks you have no right to use, and do not use the service to produce anything unlawful, deceptive, or designed to impersonate someone else. Ads are a persuasive medium and this is a rule about honesty, not taste.

We may suspend an account that breaks this, and we will tell you why when we do.

The Free plan costs nothing. Standard is $29 a month, or $228 a year. Pro is $89 a month, or $828 a year. A plan covers one person and applies wherever they work, in as many workspaces as they belong to.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Changing plan changes the bill from that moment, prorated by Stripe. Cancel whenever you like from your billing settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the remainder of a period by default.

Prices can change. If they do, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days notice by email before the new price applies to them.

If a subscription lapses or a workspace moves back to Free, it stops being able to invite new editors. Everything already made stays, and the people already in the workspace keep their access to it. Billing state limits what you can do next; it does not take away what you have done.

We work to keep it running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we offer no uptime guarantee. Ad networks change their specifications without telling us; we follow them as closely as we can but we cannot warrant that every export will be accepted by every network.

Keep your own copies of work that matters to you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service entirely — in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your work first.
